If you do not acknowledge and agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. We are not responsible for any potential underage use of the R-rating.

Users may purchase products including Anime Giffy Premium ("premium") inside of the Discord Application. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and the terms and policies of our payment services and payment processors listed below:
Goods purchased within the Discord Application are subject to refund policies listed within the Discord Terms of Service and Paid Services Terms. Refunds for these goods may be requested by contacting Discord directly. We cannot offer refunds on our end.
